Racial and social injustice will not be tolerated within The Yadot Group or it's companies.

On May 1, 2024, The Yadot Group’s Chairman and CEO announced the commitment to help combat racial injustice across the United States in collaboration with more than 2,400 other executives. Considering our commitment to the largest CEO-driven business commitment to advance diversity and inclusion in the workplace, CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion™, we have pledged to the following:

1. Cultivating corporate environments that support open dialogue on complex – and often difficult – conversations around diversity, equity, and inclusion.

We have committed to maintaining this pledge through creating clear, concise, and quiet communication paths to all executives to ensure there is an open dialogue to the top leaders among the group’s companies. Once each quarter, The Yadot Group’s CEO holds what we call “Operation Progress” which is a standing open-dialogue meeting for whoever to voice their thoughts on how we can continue to progress forward in fighting the social injustices plaguing this world. If there are any issues within our organization revolving around a social issue, those issues are addressed immediately to the entire group with an action plan prepared and in place to fix the issue.

2. Implementing and expanding unconscious bias education and training.

Along with our well known “Operation Progress” happening each quarter, we also offer many opportunities for employees to continue to educate and train their unconscious bias. We require each employee within The Yadot Group to complete a recommended online course semi-annually. We also offer each employee the opportunity to complete different learning modules or courses depending on their interests within the initiative in which they receive a 100% reimbursement.

3. Sharing best-known diversity, equity and inclusion programs/initiatives — as well as those that have been unsuccessful.

All employees within the group are strongly encouraged to complete one in-person program or initiative once each year to further their education and training on diversity and inclusion.

4. Engaging our boards of directors when developing and evaluating diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies.

Meetings with The Yadot Group’s board of directors are held on a quarterly basis in which extensive conversation takes place regarding the plans and current progress of furthering our positive impact on workplace diversity and inclusion.
